Is it possible to build up your muscle mass/explosive strenght while doing over 10 hours of cardio work a week?

It would certainly be more difficult and you'd have to have a pretty calorie-heavy diet, with shed loads of complex carbs and protein. It can be done alright but it'll require a lot.

its defo possible for a if you eat enough calories and do some good resistance training-but it would hold your bulking up back loads..

in combination with extremely vigourous weights it would probably cut you to shreds. its definately possible.
