Wireless Problem

Im having the most frustrating trouble with my wireless network. I have a Linksys WRT54GL router with a (crappy) cayman 3300 modem. I have manually configured my Linksys router and netopia modem, all the wires are connected fine. The thing is, when I start up my internet everything works fine for a couple of minutes, after which everything goes pear shaped. The problem starts when my WAN IP address changes, isnt it unusual that this ip address changes in just over a minute?!?! Once this IP changes I lose contact with my netopia modem. I monitored the next time that the wan IP address changes and it was significantly longer, but once it changed I still had no way of contacting my modem... I cant use the CD that came with the Linksys as Im using the DD WRT interface and I have all my custom settings on it.

Id appreciate it so much if anybody could help me out!

Problem fixed, made NAT address static and changed modem ip address to 10.0.0.x subnet to ensure no conflicts between router and modem... Hope this might help anyone who has the same problem as me in the future!
