Hi!

coming down to Tramore on the 24th of July, anyone travelling from Tramore to Waterford to train in BJJ/submission grappling??

Trained a couple of years back, and had a great time!

It would be good to train with you lot again. Any contact numbers???

we have a few people who should be able to collect you. brian used to bring you into town before, i'll say it to him this week and get back to you.
we also have christopher bowe training with us now, he trained with you for a while in england, he has a car too so he might be able to pick you up.
i'll let you know when i have arrangements made, send me your phone number in a pm. . . training is on mondays, wednesdays and fridays now. good to have you back, look forward to training with you again.

Fergal! You forgot to mention you spent the first half of the match triangle'ing me!

Shane, John! I checked the dates I'm getting in late on the 24th so I should be able to come to Waterford on the 25th. Monday, Wednesday, Friday training sounds great! Silvi (my other half) didn't look too pleased when I mentioned I had my training sorted - I will have to work on her!

A lift from Brian will be great! I will phone you both either late Tuesday or Wednesday daytime if better

BTW, are you lot still pyjama phobic, should I bring a gi??

Bring your gi Chiu, I've been using mine alot in Judo. We can do some standup too

You're more than welcome to come training in Cork. We've set up and new gym and providing everything goes to plan this weekend, we should be up and running next week. I think Liam has the training times up on the site

hi! trained tonight in Tramore, and was surprised to see how far everyone had progressed. It certainly wasn't a walk in the park!!!

sub wrestling in tycor is on monday and friday nights 6.30 - 9/9.30
striking is on wednesday and saturdays


in tramore gi training on tuesday night 7pm - 9pm and no gi is on saturday morning 11am - 1pm, there is traiing on thursdays but not every thursday i can pm you the instructors mobile number if you like
