    For anyone who has missed the news, this has been canceled to help keep the Ground for Sunday (the 15th of July Oaks day)racing.. :eek:

    Saturday's racing cancelled at the Curragh

    Due to heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours and in view of the poor weather forecast for tomorrow, Saturday's racing at the Curragh has been cancelled.

    This measure has been taken to ensure that racing will take place there on Sunday July 15.

    However, The Keeneland International Stakes (Group 3) and The Ladbrokes Rockingham Handicap due to be held on Saturday have been transferred to Sunday's eight-race Curragh card.

    They replace the T.P. Waters Chrysler Jeep Nursery and The Dubai Duty Free Handicap, both of which have been cancelled from Sunday's card.
