My best friend is coming down to West Cork in 2 weeks from Westmeath and we're going to travel around East Cork and Waterford and we're looking for things to see, especially if they are hisotrical/archaeological in nature. Thanks!

    Hi,
Would highly recommend the cliff-front walk you do in Ballycotton in east Cork, great town for a session too, quiet little town.

Also recommend Dungarvan in Waterford too, plenty of Historical stuff like famine grave etc but class views and class beaches. Big enough town too.

In between Ballycotton and Dungarvan there's Youghal in Cork and i think Foto Island wildlife park.
