    Ok i took these pics tonight..Mini wind turbine on a pole beside a road in south dublin.Seems to be a camera to the left..Its near Balllyboden/Blue Haven pub.Anybody know what company etc put it up there and why????

    It's a traffic camera, as far as I know. I've seen a few solar powerd ones round also.

    I took some better pictures today..Why arent there more of these on roadside lights etc.Im sure all the motorway lights in Ireland use up a lot of power off the grid???
    Looks like the unit involved is a Super wind system
