You'll need to apply for one at the embassy before you go, can't get them on arrival.

And organise it as soon as you know your travel dates. A friend of mine had major trouble getting her visa as the embassy weren't exactly prone to rushing themselves about it. I think she eventually got it the day before she travelled.

I think you need a minimum of 90 days notice for a visa? At least that was in 2003 and involved a business trip there. Even though the company was organising and paying for everything I still had to go down to the embassey in person and get stuff signed and checked. The embassy is in lesson park. Make sure to take a book with you to while away the time.

EDIT: it takes 7 working days to process the visa, costs €50 and you need 1 passport size photo
