    Yup, Channel 618. (I still love that London Weekend Television jingle before and after).

    They also show Mr Benn, The Clangers, Padington Bear, The Wombles, Bagpuss etc.

    That's not a genuine clip from the show, it was a set up by the cast as a joke for a Christmas party for the cast and crew.
