hello everyone, I was wondering the best exercise to getting rid of the man boobs ;) I know theres isn't any exact action to get ridding of them on its own, but can anyone tell me a good approach on know to get rid of them cheers

I think its basicly down to reducing your overall body fat.

Unless its a clinical case, which means go to doctor.

Yup you gotta reduce your overall bodyfat and you will see a change, so a good diet.
