Anyone remember this show? It was a British comedy in the 1990s about two cops (played by the hilarious Jasper Carrott and Robert Powell) who would bumble their way through completing their missions. It was on Paramount Comedy 2 recently and I had forgotten just how funny it was.
Unfortunately I can't find any clips of it on YouTube but trust me, it was brilliant

Its was funny in a low-rent way. My first though on seeing it was "Jesus Christ", from Jesus Christ to Jasper Carrots stooge in just 20 years! :p

And now a nurse on Holby City. I used to love that show, is it still on Paramount these days?

Yep, I remember it alright. Started out life as a short sketch on one of Jasper Carrot's stand-up (or should that be "sit-down"? Seeing as he used to sit on a stool, as I recall) TV shows and then got it's own half-hour series. Was quite funny alright. There was a lot of pretty funny one-liners in the show. Wouldn't mind seeing it again.

Never would have pictured Robert Powell as a comedy actor before seeing it, though, I must admit. I always seemed to picture him as Jesus! :D
