    hi all

sorry for what is probably quite a frequent question. If you could point me to past threads it would be appreciated (or answer here if you wish).

Basically, we just got sky installed (normal box) yesterday. We live in wicklow town, and we can not watch stations (RTE 1, BBC 2, ch6 + more). due to frequent artifacts and glitchy audio.

    Is this normal? surely not?

    any advice appreciated

    thanks

Its not. As its well within 12 months, I'd ring Sky.

Definitely not normal, you should have a normal picture.

great - thanks for the input.

I'll give another night or two - reading in other threads that lighting/hail/whatever may be effecting picture quality tonight.

hopefully things get better, finally left chorus after 5 years of rotten service , it would kill me to use NTL seeing as how they're more or less that same company.
