Class! There was something really sexeh about those boys - the way they weren't sensitive new men and didn't give a ****.

    I like 'em right manly.

In a similar vein was the cop show Callan starring Edward Woodward.

Let me guess, stovelid. You were watching 'Life On Mars' on RTE 2 last night and it brought back some memories of the good old days of TV cop shows, eh? ;):D

"Put your trousers on, sunshine, YOU'RE NICKED!" :D

Regan, Carter, cops and robbers with "shooters", Ford Granadas and MkII Jags tearing around the place....... ah, it doesn't get much better than that, does it?

Love that old Thames intro at the start as well....... dum dum dum dum do do do doooo! :D

Another couple of UK cop shows in a similar vein that I enjoyed back in the day were these:

    Capris and Escort RS2000s....... fan-bloody-tastic!

This show had a very nice piece of eye candy as well to enjoy while you were watching. Mmmm, and she still looks hot to this day! ;):D

Yeah, Glynis Barber. She's been in Emmerdale of Late. Beautiful-looking woman.

Never really liked DAM; but anything was worth watching for Glynis....

Hadn't seen the intro since I was a kid. I'm sure they used to do a night time version before some programs too.

Sweeney Entire Collection for €59.99 (a good price for all 53 episodes from 4 seasons). :)
