    Just completed training with the World Champion and record holder for the professional kettle bell lifting "Vasilijs Ginko" of Latvia.I'm just waiting on word back from Paddy Clint to bring over a hudge shipment of Kettlebells.These bells are the only ones accredited by the International Union of Kettlebell lifting.I will be do'en foundation workshops in Paddys place and will be bringing over my coach and the World Champion at the start of the New Year or maybe even before Christmas if there was interest.I have been invited ( only Irish man ) to take part in the championships in Russia this year as an amateur ( lifting two 24kg's as many times in 10 mins ) and by next year "fingers crossed" entering the pro's...lifting two 32kg's as many times in 10 mins.....they consider you a child if you lift lighter ???

    Vasilijs Ginko holds the record at 106 times in 10 min's and men ??? juggle with the 16kg's " Harlem globe trotter style"....I've just started jugglen with them its great craic.Basicly my goal is coach an Irish team to take part in next years shows in Russia and coach up any one interested in Ireland up to a high level and bring only the finnest in coaching skills and product to Ireland.
