    There's kettlebell training now avaiable in cork for anyone interested in learning and adding something different and exciting into their fitness or martial arts training.

    I'd definately recommend training with Steve to anyone, the guy really knows his stuff!!

    Hi,
    Just letting anyone who is interested in the cork area know that i will be oredring a bunch of kettlebells for the people i train if anyone else is interested in ordering some. I will also be holding a kettlebell workshop for anybody interested in learning how to use them properly in the next few weeks (depending on numbers). They usually take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
