    Hi Folks,

Has anyone tried cooking the porridge in milk mixed with pro x?

Is yes what we the taste results?
Would anyone know if heating up the mixed pro x would have an effect on the nutritional values?

    thanks

I much prefer my porridge with a scoop of Vanilla whey in it. Add a banana and some extra cold milk if its too sticky.
