    The sheer amount of Creative Zen Vision M's they sold that did not work, no wonder they had a sale! The only person that said theirs worked signed up to say it?
    Mine is arriving tonight adn I doubt it will work, do you think Creative in Dublin will replace it? Otherwise I will have no player and be down 40e due to P&P.

    I still maintain there is nothin wrong with them... only need a big charge with a plug in charger not USB....

    Mine did not work, I might try the adaptor if I can get it off somebody macspower, thanks.
    If it doesn't work back it goes. :/

    Hey, quick question, will a mains usb charger(maybe 5v?) charge my player, or will only a specific creative one do? Thanks.
    May have a way to get the player working. Also, where would you be able to pick up a Creative charger in Galway, hmv/zhivago/xtravision?

    As we have mentioned on the previous thread about this issue I would like to highlight that if you would like to send back the Creative Zen we will give you a full refund including the 19.99EUR delivery charge and if you send us a reciept of the postage costs of sending the item back to our warehouse we will also arrange to refund you for the amount it will cost you to send the item back to ourselves.

    Also OneDayMobile have no other user names but OneDayMobile and we have not posted on www.boards.ie under anyother name.

    Nice of you to reply, it just seemed suspicious as the time, as none of my friends with zens had ever heard of even one not working out of the box. Then one happened to work and the person signed up the same day as you etc. Thank you for the offer!

    Yep, so I've only started reading boards recently but hadn't posted at all, and kinda sorry now that I bothered!!! I ordered it, got it two days later, got it working that evening (after a pretty long charge and a reset) and have been using it ever since. Thought some of ye might like to know that they weren't all duds.

    Thought it a bit weird myself that I was the only one to get one working at the time, or is it just that noone else bothered to mention theirs were ok?

    Nah, you were the only ione I would say, with all those replies saying theirs wasn´t working.
    You thought it was weird, well so did we! :p

    Well an update.

    OneDayMobile claim they can't put money back onto my credit card.
    What a load of BS.
    I've had refunds on my credit cards over the years, never a problem.

    Now they won't reply to my emails and when I try to initiate the 'live help' session on their website they won't answer when I put in my real name but they will if I use a different name.

    Total chancers.
    Very, very dodgy.

    I've had to request my credit card company do a chargeback.

    Avoid like the plague.
