    Hi

I'm looking to sub-contract some IT work for a cpmpany I've been working with for the past 5 years. I have worked hard to keep this relationship going and I'm looking for something to make sure that it stays that way or at least outlines to the sub-contractor what their role is etc.

Are there any links available to view examples etc ?

    Thanks
    GP

Obviously I am not recommending you use this one, you need to look at it and decide if it suits you, but if you Google Confidentiality Agreements and search Ireland, there's a pretty decent one that comes up from DCU. I would recommend that you talk to a solicitor but it's up to you whether you use this or not.
