Spin Retry Count=1. Replace disk?

Just checked the S.M.A.R.T. data on my hard disk, a 250GB Maxtor DiamondMax 10 IDE. The raw data shows that the disk failed to spin on one occasion. Should I replace it or just keep my eye on it? I'm not too worried about data because I do backups anyway.

Faild to spin once. Thats nothing to serious. Just keep a eye on it. Also download HDTach and run it on the hdd in question. It will give you a good bit of info on the drive.
