Hi all,

as the title suggests, I am looking for advice on trainee management programmes.

I have just graduated with a bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Management. I want to get into this area of business and am wondering; did anyone else find trainee programmes which were particularly good.

The only programmes I can find are linked to training managers for shops or fast food resteurants; these do not appear to me much. I would prefer working in a people-orientated company like 3M or IBM or Google.

Any thoughts or experiences?
