I have 20 Euro credit in my phone I want to give to any charity through a text message. I'm switching mobile operators and keeping my number so I will loose it at 11am tomorrow if I don't use it. Anyone know of a number I can send it to?

    Cheers

Worst use of the YoreMa formula yet... for shame!!

OP.. good for you! Very generous.. did a quick Google of 'donate via text' and first result was ICROSS. Probably a couple more in further results.

    *shrug*
http://www.icross.ie/donate/ seems to be the only one that constantly accepts funds by SMS from the quick google. The others only did it for a short while. Damn shame.

I think you can do that here. Or your could. I think you could pay by wap/gprs as well over you phone.

Yeah, text-to-pay parking was announced in Sligo anyways (and if it's here, it bound to be elsewhere).

Don't think it's actually been implemented but it's planned in the very near future.

Good money saver for the council, no one to maintain the meters/collect money etc.
