I thought to avoid spoilers from the American HBO pace that there should be a seperate thread for RTÉ2 viewers.

Good call, I stopped reading the other thread incase it spoiled it for me.

Its starting to grow on me, I was going to give up on it after the first few episodes, but stuff I read on Boards.ie made me stick with it for another while.

I've only actually watched the last three episodes. Didn't care for it at all to begin with, wasn't at all arsed even giving it a try but it has grown on me really quickly.

Good call on making this thread. Hate spoilers.

Great idea with the thread i normally wait for the shows to be shown on tv over here so i avoid the threads that are way ahead of us.
As for Entourage I stopped watching it after about 3 episodes, it got a lot of hype and won awards (Piven got an emmy) but i just didn't see the appeal when i watched it. Is it worth giving it a second chance?

Definitely give it another chance. The first season was slow and uneven but season 2 has been brilliant.

Watching last night's episode highlighted for me the biggest probem with the show - you miss out on stuff if you're not American as a lot of the celebrities are completely unknown here and mean nothing to you. After last night's ep I Googled Bob Saget, and immediately I realised that it would have been funnier had I known that he's a game show host with a reputation for presenting wholesome family entertainment. That said, he wasn't vital to the plot and I enjoyed the episode anyway.

Thought last nights was good. I agree with zaph re: Bob Saget.

I was a bit thrown when Vince lost it with Eric and Ari.

So was I but then it'd about time he pulled his head outta his ass. Its not like he's a Johnny Drama style idiot or anything. He's gotta get a big movie and soon

I've never heard of Full House and I'm old enough to be the Olsen twins' father myself, so I think I may be the one who's showing my age!

I have to say season 2 is a lot more gripping than season one. The stories are continued into each episode whci makes it more interesting to watch. I actually care if Vince gets Aquaman as it has been building for the last 4/5 episodes.

Thnak you RTE for airing something worth the the liscence fee instead of crap like Podge and Rodge, Soupy Norman etc.

Season 2, episode 6 is on RTE2 tonight at 10.40pm.

Just bought the season 1&2 boxset from HMV.co.uk for £20 including P&P. Check the bargain alerts forum for a link.

Last nights episode was good, they one with the XBox games and the Japenese Red Bull ad.

The scene with Ari throwing yer'wan out of the meeting was brilliant.
