    I've been on somewhat similar roads ... in Italy. Really tight winding roads, going up hills with a sheer cliff on the side. Not good for the health.

    better not show the transport minister the bolivan one - they might incorporate the design somewhere (trucks can go on narrow roads - they dont need motorways...)
