    Hey, i know dis sounds like a stupid question and itz not a joke. Does anybody else out there have a pretty small penis like myself? Im a big enough man to admit, i could do with about 4 more inches to be the universal average. I've tried pumps, weights, forceful stretching but nothing works. Considering an op. Does anybody know if they do this in Ireland? and if so... How much it costs? Whenever a girl touches me i push her away with embarrassment and makes excuses. Please help!     I know a guy who had information about it from a cosmetic surgery clinic sent to his friend's house, so yeah it must be possible to have that done in ireland.

    As far as I'm aware you need three and a half to four inches to procreate. Anything smaller and you should get it seen to.
