Hatton v Floyd?

Seems Ricky upset Floyd and he is contemplating coming out of "retirement".

I'd love to see this fight and I could see Ricky cause him a few problems. Floyd retired after beating Oscar in a poor fight and surely would like to go out in style instead of a split decision like his last fight.

Oh god it would be boring. Ricky chasing Floyd down to hug him, Floyd running from Ricky's hugging. I'd rather see Hatton v Cotto or DLH at a catch weight.

Floyd's retirement is merely to earn more money in his next fight , plenty of people have been talking about Hatton , Mosley , Cotto v Floyd and his team have said a lot about the prospective match ups but one thing they haven't said is Floyd's retired .

Be sure if when Floyd fights again/comes out of retirement  , it won't be for the last time . He has a couple more fights left at least .

Wow Floyd is making a comeback i didn't see that coming.

I thought he was resolute in his decision to retire:D

This is a fight i want to see even more than Hatton V Castillo. I believe Hatton can grind him down. Mayweather's abilitly to run around the ring will be reduced if he is caught with a couple of hard body shots. I think Hatton has the power to trouble him.
If this goes the distance Mayweather will win. I don't think it will, though. Hatton to stop him in seven.

I hope Hatton kicks his butt. I'm sure he can beat him now. I wasn't too convinced recently but Hatton looked special the other night. Forget Castillo being "over the hill", Hatton simply looked dead sharp, hard and fast as well as his usual rough and tough self

Although i would like hatton to win i dont think he would-mayweather is fast on his feet and a great counter puncher-it would probably be a bore of a fight aswell but i would still want to see it..

I agree. Much as I'd like to see Hatton beat Mayweather, I just don't think it would happen.
Hatton isn't a welterweight. He didn't cope well against Collazo and Mayweather is used to the weight (and indeed didn't look bothered by DLH's power when he moved up to lightmiddle) so I don't think power would be Hatton's favour.
I think Mayweather would be too fast, too slippery and I think his would be the telling shots.

I'd like to be wrong but I don't see it.

Massive fight. I think Floyd is boring at times, but Hatton will make this fight, just as Oscar did. Hatton will force Floyd to be at his best and at least work.
Man, if Oscar didn't press the fight recently, there would not have been a fight. Hatton will be more aggressive than Oscar and a lot more energetic.

The real humdinger is Cotto V Hatton. Two aggressive body punching machines with the simple style of destroy and never take a step back.
I would love this fight to come off and I think Hatton wins. He's too rough, tough and hits so hard as well.

Last time we seen ricky fight at 147 pounds against collozoda (sp) he didn't look his best but he took that fight at 6 weeks notice. If he fights Floyd at 147 he will have plenty of time to make the weight properly and will be stronger for it.

While both fights would be great, it's the Mayweather one that i'm most looking forward to. The other fight might be more exciting to watch but there is more prestige to a fight with Mayweather
He'll have beaten the best guy around if he manages to beat Mayweather. Also, if Hatton were to win that Kellerman bloke will be gutted:D
