    hey ppl
    hope yer all well
im over here in the states and iv recently joined a gym here, I used visit my gym regularly back home, and I always had a 6 pac goin gon, not a really prominent onw, but it was noticable and there was an outline of one, however it has started to fade.
Can someone please advice me on what excercises to do to get it back again.
I might have put on a small bit of weight while i was over here, nothing noticable, its just that teh ab muscles seem as strong as always from feeling them, its just that the skin around the abs seems thicker.
My issue has more to do with teh lower abs than the upper abs, if you know wat i mean.
    thanks for your patience
    Ed :)

Get rid of the fat and your six pack will return, not that it ever went anywhere other than behind the layer of fat. American portions are big aren't they? ;):D

You don't have to work incredibally hard to burn off fat,in fact a slightly lower intensity of training at about 60-70% of your maximum heart rate is much more effcient as more fat is metabolised at this intensity. As the intensity of exercise increses the body switches over to glycogen metabolism to fuel your body, this glycogen is stored within your muscles so you will not notice as much fat being burnt. So an hour on the bike at low intensity will be more productive than 20 minutes spent killing yourself as long as your goal is burning fat. Also aswell as avoiding fatty foods try to avoid foods high in simple carbohydrates/sugers.
