I was watching an episode of celebrity masterchef recently and the contestants were cooking in a flash restaurant in London.

On the menu was a potato rosti that was made with long fine strands of potato wound around a fork, then slipped into hot oil to cook.

The potato strands were made using a mechanical gadget that turned the spud while a cutter made the strands.

Did anyone see the programme and does anyone know what the gadget was ???

    Edit: Found one

Anyone ever used one of these ?
