I'm pretty active at both tables. Especially the second one. Both hands made me feel a little sad after. Should I be raising at any point in hand 1? He looks weak at the river especially I thought after. I was nervy, he wasn't very aggressive overall. Am I right to bet as much on the turn of hand 2? I thought he was strong with a set maybe or worse flush. Anyone re-raising the flop here?

You might wish to up your aggro level postflop. In the 1st hand I don't think you can allow the villain to raise 1/3rd of the pot and get a flat call from you without knowing where you stand. Notwithstanding the guy behind you I think you should raise him there, then you can fairly happily fold to another raise from him. If you get a flat call and a check on a non-diamond turn then the pot is probably yours for a decent raise.

In the 2nd hand there's a lot to be said for re-raising the flop with that hand. As for the turn bet, it's an okay bet amount because either he's putting money in or he isn't $5-$10 less probably doesn't make a difference, likely he had something like TT or maybe 87.

In Hand 1 although i know you dont want someone getting a cheap look at the turn with a diamond or a draw is it wise to RR here. Your probably just folding out hands your ahead of and getting called by hands your behind or at least have good odds to outdraw you.

Are we not just better off getting a cheap showdown now as our hand is not as near as strong as it was after that flop and even if it is still ahead another diamond on turn or river and were in big trouble. Im not nearly as aggressive as i think i should be so id like to hear more opinions on this

Hand 1 could make no sense of villians betting in general. It seemed almost random - tiny bets, overbets at times but generally he was passive. I should have raised him on the flop though I suppose. On the river I figured him for a lone 10 but was afraid of having to throw my hand away if I raised him and he pushed. He had KK with the K of diamonds. wtf. How did he get off that light lol

Hand 2 I'd re-raise again on that flop 3/4 of the time i'd say but figured with position I could call and re-assess. Fcuk it, it was poor play as my hand was so strong on the flop
