Gearbox repair?

    Hi folks,

    Can anyone reccomend someone to overhaul or exchange a gearbox on an 86 VW T3?

    Mine has the 2.1 injection engine with the 5-speed dogleg box. After 260,000kms first gear has quit and the regular gearbox folks don't want to know.

    Any advice appreciated.
