If a card is turned face up while dealing what is the rule.
the old rule was you keep dealing and give the person the 3rd card from the bottom of the deck instead.
now im told that the rule is to give the player the top (burn card ) and deal the flop without a burn.
which is correct or which is being used in the majority of card clubs atm

If the card is turned up before everyone has one card, it's a re-deal. Otherwise the upturned card is the burned card.

Replace the card with 3rd from bottom of deck. I prefer this rule as you should always, always burn a card before dealing the flop.

    I prefer this rule also.
