Hi. I have a question regarding medical history privacy in Ireland.

Anyone know if a hiring employer has the right to find out what you've visited accident and emergency for in the past. If so do they have the right for so many years or is it confidential?

They can ask you to go to a medical examination and to release your medical history to their doctor. If you refuse they cannot (legally) check them.
