anyone have any experience with this? i´m in san sebastian, getting a bus to bayonne in the south of france tomorrow afternoon. for reasons i´m not at liberty to divulge i have to be in bologna on the 2nd of july. the trains in france are mad expensive and i´m finding it difficult to find any info on the buses on the net because i think there´s loads of companies and i don´t know the names of them. would like to keep it near the coast so i can swim and work on my tan and basically live it up like larry while i´m at it. would also like to fit in a little spin around pisa and florence before i get my bolognese. any ideas or idees (french for ideas as far as i can remember)?

10 days? Cycle to the Italian border then take a train. Trains in Italy run like the Germans wish theirs did, and are very nicely priced too. I envy you :D
