Whats the best earner for an ssia? It matured a few months ago and i don't have a clue what to do. I want something secure but is still a good investment or interest earner. My ssia is €20,000. Any help would be great thanks.

If you want to Invest, you have to decide on what your attitude to risk is and over what time scale you want to invest for. Will you be investing for income of growth? What other assets have you got? Are you comfortable with equities, property, bonds, commodities? When you find the answer to these questions then you should be able to formulate some sort of strategy, going forward.

If you are uncomfortable with alll of the above and it may cause you sleepless nights, then there are some very good offers available from on-line banks at the moment.
