Guys need your opinions on this.

    Computer shuts itself down regularly.

My mate may be playing a game and during the game it would just totally go. I was thinking it could be the graphics. He probably playing high spec games on a minimum requirement graphics card putting it under strain and as result shutting down.

But..the same thing happens when he is browsing the internet which has nothing to do with the graphics. He could be browsing for 5minutes and its gone.

Also his screen goes blank and the pc may stay on but nothing on the screen.

    Any ideas???

    Thanks in advannce

Sounds more like over heating. Grab a desktop fan and take off the side of your case. And let the fan blow air into it at a angle so the air can blow out the back of the case. Then get your mate to play the game again and see if it does the same thing.
