long long story about why I want to complain so won't bore you with all the details. Just that I had a run in with airfrance when I travelled with them recently (in fact I feel they mis sold me a ticket and was also laughed at by their customer service manager when I made a complaint in Paris). Just wondering is there a body that I can make a complaint to?

    Thanks

This is difficult, their website doesn't even have it under a separate heading or FAQ. I'll say try the below link and contact customer service. They MUST answer you. I am all for valid complaints...how else would you get better service in the future?

Ah, the Air France experience. You can complain to..well Air France basically. But judging from horror stories I've encountered in the past, I wouldn't hold your breath.

To be fair to Air France I've never come across an airline that DOES have good customer service. Aer Lingus did everything short of type 'lol' in their reply to my complaint a few years back.

Thanks lads, I have a letter ready to send to them already but was wondering if there is some regulatory body or ombudsman also.

Oh, I have. Rare, but there are a few. AF however, is notoriously hard to get any sort of satisfaction from.

Not really for customer service issues. Vote with your feet is really that you can do.

    Who did you book with?
Direct with AF? online? or with a travel agent?
