I am looking for some energy tablets / vitamins
    I train 4 times a week - heavy cardio - boxing etc.

My cousin has recommended Creatin but I haven't a clue what it is.

Wonder if I am not eating enough to sustain my energy levels - I am trying to loose weight but maybe getting it all wrong.

Breakfast is normally fruit or some porridge
Lunch is a salad or baked potato with cheese
Dinner - roasted veg / stir fry - no rice / salad

I don't eat meat or fish

Can anyone help me out here
Should I be eating more carbs etc

loads of threads on creatine on this site. It causes you to store more energy in your muscles. It only increases your enegry levels for anaerobic exercise and is generally used for trying to build muscle rather then increase energy. It cause syou to store a few pounds of extra fluid in your muscles too, which might be relevant if you need to keep your weight down.

I found siberian ginseng very good for increasing general energy levels.

The main thing for trying to lose weight is to avoid processed/simple carbohydrate in my opinion, and you seem to be doing that.

chances are you need more carbs and also chances are that you are seriously under eating as well. Go through the stickies and workout out what your daily calorific needs are and then calculate what you are actually eating. I would also suggest trying to eat 6 meals a day in stead of 3 as this will also help to give you a steadier stream of energy throughout the day

Wow, to me you are seriously undereating and esp if you are working out so hard, four days a week. You definitely need more carbs. And I agree, eat more meals throughout the day.

I know supplements have their benefits, but first and foremost you should rely on energy etc from a correct food intake. People seem to grab supplements too easy these days, when sometimes all it takes is a proper look at your diet.

And approach your training sensibly and ensure you get lots of sleep too.

Eh, can I just ask why you don't eat meat?
