    Hey,

    I am going to be signing my life away for 9 -5 in one week. I would still like to go to the gym in the mornings but wont have enought time to wait an hr for it to digest. I am wondering is there anything I can have for breakfast but not have to wait ages for it to digest. I tried skipping it before and nearly passed out.
