Recommendation for content filtering/porn blocking software

I never thought I'd see the day but at this point in time my home PC could do with some software that restricts access to dodgy porn websites without buggering up the rest of the Internet activity (e-mail, MSN, wholesome Web surfing) that it is needed for. Anyone got any recommendations?
