Hey guys A friend of mine is thinking of heading to Thailand for the month of August? Will it be ridiculously exspensive at this late stage? Also would u get by on maybe 1000 dollars over there for a month? Cheers Guys!

I paid €1000 for my flight on July 21st which is quite expensive. Waiting until September can save you about €250. Not sure about how much money is needed. All depends on what sort of level of comfort your looking for. I plan on budgeting for around €200 a week.

Beer isnt that cheap in thialand. Phuket is rather expensive for beer to be honest. There is good value in accomadation and food there. id book a decent hotel as i think this makes the difference and they arent that dear.
