    Has anyone recieved this update for their sky+ box yet? If so, is it any good?

    yes and no.

    Anytime is a bit rubbish, the programs are thhings I don't want to watch, plus it keeps your box running at odd times. Oh and it records movies, but won't allow you to see them if you don't have a movie package.

    yeah i havnt heard fantastic things about it. i just got a sky+ box today but havn't got the update yet (and i do have a compatible box). Although i do have a full package so i mite find some use out of it

    So far, I've found very little I wanted to watch on it.

    Thumbs down from me. I could make better use of that 80GB of hard drive space
