    Any I've tried always end up too sloppy.

    I would always make mine with chickpeas or beans. Never used tvp - sorry!

    I'd be inclined to use quorn mince or VegeMince rather than TVP for many reasons. More flour and less egg would help I imagine.

    quorn is a bit too processed for my liking.
    where can I get vegemince in dublin - healthshops?
