    Hi,
we have a number of open access computers at work which everybody uses to check emails, etc.
We have one moron who repeatedly changes the desktops of same pc's so they have various 'funny', abusive, rude, idiotic images and message on them.
How can I stop this from happening without having ability to lock the control panel, etc.

A simple solution would be most appreciated, im not that computer literate!!

    Thanks

I use 1st Security Agent in my internet café to keep people from changing various settings on the computers.

Fire the moron. Can't believe any company would allow an employee to repeatedly do that.

do you have a windows 2003 server by any chance? IIRC you can make a change in Group policy to stop them from doing this. if you don't then maybe the local policy on each machine may have it. i know on NT 4 domains you could also make such restrictions.

Used this on the LAN I had in college for the compsoc. It was a quick fix until we got our server set up.
