Has anyone here actually ever gone on one of those magazine diets? What did ya think?

I'm not thinking of using them or anything, I'm fairly healthy these days... just curious.

Dear god no! Cosmopolitan / Now magazine diets, they are all rubbish! And they are usually like "blitz your belly in 3 days" or "lose 10 stone in a week" type diets. A girl in work has a friend who decided to go on this stupid diet which consisted of eating a tomato in the morning and some dry toast. That was her diet. Apparantly she read it in some magazine and it said you could lose a stone in a week. I heard that by the middle of the week she was too weak to even text her friends, talk about sad! And so dangerous!
