Hen Party

I need some advice. I'm planning a hen night for my brothers fiance. There are going to be about 10 of us in total. The bride isn't a drinker and to be honest we've both decided that the whole hen night on the town thing is just tacky and really not her thing, so, we (my mum and I) have decided to just do something at home for her and the others.
Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do? Money is a bit of an issue so nothing to extravagant but we would like to do something nice for her.
Has anyone done this before? any ideas?
She's been to about 20 Ann Summers parties so that isn't an option :-(
Please help as it is in a months time and we are clueless as this is the first wedding we've been involved in....Thanks in advance!

What about a 'spa day' you know, where you get loads of face pack type goodies, champers for the drinkers, soft drinks for the rest etc etc
or you could actually go to a spa for the day, mud wraps, facials, all that kind of pampering stuff...

hiya fair play to for not having the whole hen night thing like out on the town. what about having a make over party, ive seen adverts somwhere for this where 2 beauticians come to your house and basically do everything from face masks, make up, pedicure etc!! should get a laugh and be worth every penny!! good luck with it.

    Hi there,

I know someone who did the beauticians in the house thing. Looks really good laugh. Basically you have to pay E55 per person, they come to your house with bathrobes a chocolate fountain and some drinks. Each person gets two treatments. Looks really fun. The website is www.girlsnightin.com

    Good luck

    Hiya,

I just wanted to suggest something a little different.

A gang of us went surfing last weekend and I thought it would be a nice idea for a hen party - everyone gets to know each other and have a bit of fun

Google Lahinch surf school for details
