only had a quick look at this, you need to be a US citizen as far as I can tell. Not sure if you could get a US citizen to get it for you and use on your PC

I wouldn't, but some people would, there is a really old thread by someone asking about USTV on euro satellites.

I am wondering if anyone has managed to setup a Hosted Slingbox (such as http://www.a2btv.eu or http://www.mytv2me.com) & Apple TV?

I use http://www.mytv2me.com and would like to be able to use it via my apple TV. I assume that if I follow the instructions to get SlingPlayer on my apple TV then it will work?

Also I have now got a new apple TV - has anyone managed to get slingplayer on it yet?

Take it somewhere else guys - as far as I can make out the product/service the OP has linked to has nothing to do with satellite television.
