Komplett returns policy

    I bought a new graphics card of Komplett about 6 weeks ago. I've been having intermittent problems, and I've taken time going through anything in my system that might be incompatible with it. I think I've ruled out any clashes with anything else, and I don't think it's overheating.

    At this stage I'm about 80% sure its a faulty card. From reading through the Komplett returns policy, am I right in thinking that if I RMA it I just pay the cost of shipping it back to them? So if they do find the card is OK, they'll just ship it back to me at no extra cost?

    I'm not sure, if they find nothing wrong with the card then they may charge for looking at it, maybe not though. Ask in the Komplett forum for a better answer.
