I have been leading a service desk project over the last 6 months and am down to the final two Remedy and Infra, both products are excellent however I have doubts over Infra’s ability to support a Macintosh environment. Can anybody offer me any advice in this area?…

Hi,

Dont know if anyone can help but here goes anyway!

It's probably best to contact the vendor and ask them about their Mac support systems.
