Whats the order procedure with Dell?

    I ordered a system from dell using an evalue code that I got here on boards.ie

    I received an internet Receipt number when I ordered in Saturday.
    Yesterday I got an email with the receipt number.

    However I got now customer account number so I have not been able to track the status on my order on the website.

    Dell don't seem to be able to tell me whats happening with the order at all.

    I just find it a bit unusual as I usually order stuff online and get verification straight away.


    My card still hasn't been charged yet either.

    Do anyone know anything about this??

    You can still check the status using your internet receipt number and email address.

    Im a little suprised though.

    I thought that their service would be alot better. It doesn't even compare to the Service Apple have.

    That's normal with Dell. Unless things have changed it can take few days for the tracking system to be initially updated.
