    Buddy asked me to find out, is a Intel CoreTM 2 Duo Processor E4400 (2.0GHz) better than a Pentium D processor (3ghz)??

    I wasn't sure, I presume it is but not 100%...

    I would go for the E4400 even if it isnt quicker.

    oh yeah is that 4400 clocked ta 2ghz must be 2mb cache

    So you say the Core 2 Duo would be better even though the actual speed given is 1ghz slower?

    bigger numbers don't always mean something is better.
    My pentium 4 3ghz is rubbish compared to my pentium m 2ghz etc
