Can i register a business while renting an apartment,

    Hi i plan on filming adut movies with friends and such in an apartment but first i need to find an rent apartment to rent .So if was to make money from this i suppose i would have to register the businessand pay tax on it but could that be done legally?what if i registered the business to my home address where i am currently living would it be legal then?or if i made no money from it am i entitled to film legally with out the landlords permission?Thanks

    Not getting into the legal stuff about your product , but its quite common for business to rent premises and be registered there...

    You might have a more an issue with your product , so you would be best to seek legal advise before spending another more money....

    You could register your company to any address (not a PO though), and pay taxes accordingly.

    Yes, technically, there would legal implications, but in all practicality, what you get up to in the apartment shouldn't really matter.
    (For example, the smoking ban may well technically apply in the apartment as it would be a workplace, but I'd be surprised if you get a visit from an inspector)
