    Ibood are messing me around it seems, got this email on May 31:

    And today I got this:
    Dear iBOOD'er,

    We have received your order and at this moment the order is in progress. We will pick the order as soon as possible and prepare it for shipping to make sure it will arrive with you correctly.

    What is going on? Did they lie in their first email? Very strange indeed. Any ideas as to what they are at?

    You must be joking. They don't reply to emails and their phone service is laughable. I order that on the 18th if I recall correctly.

    Well then, speculation: They lied in the first email; you've bought two; they're giving you a second free; you've just bought the latest offer; someone made an administrative error and sent you an email by mistake...

    3 months to resolve one order..total value €27.

    FYI the folks at the European Consumer Centre were very helpful...well worth CC'ing them on all emails to Ibood.

    wow, that's a nice one!
    I assume you contacted ECC first and had to explain everything to them. How did you find they services?

    I just CC'd them on the emails...they contacted me and said they would monitor the situation....Ibood started to take notice at this point.

    I placed an order with iBood back on May 2nd & it still hasn't arrived. After 2 unanswered emails, I CC'ed ECC & shortly after I received an email from iBood with...

    We already sent you your order but because you did not receive this yet we will send you another 2 SD cards today.

    Yawn! By the time I receive these, it'll be cheaper to get them in the shops.

    They also included this line in the e-mail...

    If you receive this parcel and the parcel we sent a few weeks ago, could you then be so kind to send four of the SD cards back to us?

    But, then today, I received this;

    I placed my order 7 weeks ago (02/05/07). By the time I receive my order (if!), it'll be cheaper to buy in any high street store anyway.
